These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website edbeautyflow.ch and the BeautyFlow management software (the "Service"), provided by ED Solution Tech Sagl, Via Luigi Lavizzari 17, 6850 Mendrisio (Switzerland), UID CHE-441.385.136 (the "Provider").
BeautyFlow is a cloud (SaaS) management software for salons and beauty centres, including scheduling, client records, point of sale, tax-receipt handling, marketing and statistics. Access is granted via credentials provided to the customer.
The Service may be offered in a trial (beta) phase. During beta, some features may change, be temporarily unavailable or subject to modification. The Provider will communicate planned interruptions where possible.
The customer is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through its account. Any unauthorised use must be reported promptly.
Transmission of electronic tax receipts to the Italian Revenue Agency is carried out through a registered technology partner. The customer remains solely responsible for the accuracy of fiscal data, the tax-authority credentials entered and legal compliance. The Provider does not replace the customer's tax advisor.
Service prices are communicated upon activation. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due in advance. Any promotional or beta conditions are stated in writing.
The software, the BeautyFlow trademark, content and graphics are owned by ED Solution Tech Sagl. The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the term of the contract. Data entered by the customer remains the customer's property.
The Provider uses its best efforts to ensure service continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Periodic data backups are performed.
To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data arising from use or inability to use the Service. Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.
The contract has the agreed term and renews as agreed. Either party may terminate under the terms of the agreement. On termination, the customer may request export of its data within a reasonable period.
The Provider may update these Terms with notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Mendrisio (Canton of Ticino) have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
