This policy explains how ED Solution Tech Sagl ("we", "Controller") processes personal data collected through the website edbeautyflow.ch and the BeautyFlow management software, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. (EU) 2016/679) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/nLPD).

2. Data we collect

Contact data you provide via the contact form or email (name, email, phone, message).
Navigation data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, via logs and technical cookies (see Cookie Policy).
Salon clients' data: when a salon/beauty centre uses BeautyFlow, it enters its own clients' data (profiles, appointments, sales, consents). In that case the salon is the Controller and we act as Processor on its behalf.

4. How we process data

Data is processed with electronic tools and appropriate security measures: encryption of sensitive data (AES-256), secure transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access control and encrypted backups. No automated decision-making with legal effects is applied.

5. Recipients and providers (external processors)

Data may be processed, as Processors and on our instructions, by the following providers. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland/EU. In such cases we ensure adequate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

7. Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes: contact data up to 24 months from the last contact; contractual and tax data for the periods required by law (generally 10 years). Salon clients' data is retained according to each salon's instructions.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Italian Garante in Italy; the FDPIC in Switzerland). To exercise them, write to info@edsolutiontech.ch.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with its date.
